How to make :

Since I want to cos Cloud, therefore, I also want to build up my
own sword as well. From my experience of seeing the previous
ones from Googgig and Monjiro, I wanted to build it from a very
strong material without concerning its weight because I’m quite
sure
I can handle it. So the result is this Apocalypse, probably an
only sword in my own version that only I am able to carry it
around lol.
Actually, the materials were bought very long time before the event but nothing
much was lightened up until very close to the event. So…. We’re all in a flaming
position to fight with the deadline blaze. The handle was an order-made aluminum
while the inner sections of the blade are 2 boards of wood covered with linoleum.
The outer sections of the blade are made of medium-density fibreboard, again,
covered with linoleum (who says MBF isn’t heavy, I’ll tell you it’s stronger
and heavier than some woods). The blade guard was made out of cup board, added
with some decorations and big screws (to make it even heavier). The handle was
taped around by red tape then the black part of the decoration was done with
permanent marker, which was a bad idea because it was almost gone by the time
the event was over since I had to hold on to it very tightly.
Hope this sword will give all of you newer ideas for cool props and weapons later
on XD
