• รายละเอียดการทำคร่าวๆ :
  ตัดกระดาษแข็งเบอร์ 32 เป็นแกนดาบ โดยตัดเป็นทรงดาบ 2 ชิ้น แล้วนำมาประกบกันโดยสอดกระดาษแข็งเป็นโครงเล็กๆ เพื่อให้ดาบหนาขึ้นและแข็งแรงขึ้น (เหมือนโครงกระดาษกล่องลูกฟูก)
  
  นำอะลูมิเนียมมาปิดผิว (ใช้เทปสองหน้ายึด) ส่วนที่เป็นคมดาบ ดัดไปตามทรงของแกนดาบที่ทำไว้
  
  กั่นป้องมือนั้นใช้กระดาษแข็งทำ โดยปิดผิวด้วยกระดาษสีทอง (เหมือนตอนทำดาบ Nozomi's Sword)
  
  บริเวณด้ามดาบหัวมังกรนั้น ใช้อะลูมิเนียมดัดทรงต่างๆค่อยประกอบเป็นหัวมังกร (ตอนแรกจะใช้วิธีปั้น แต่ล้มเหลว) ตัดอะลูมิเนียมเป็นเกร็ดมังกร ติดทีละชิ้น ใช้เทปสีเงินพันเสริมในบางจุด
  
  หนวดมังกรใช้ลวด (จริงๆคือไม้แขวนเสื้อ) มาดัดแล้วพันด้วยเทปสีเงิน ตกแต่งส่วนต่างๆ พ่นแลคเกอร์เพิ่มเงาป้องมือ เป็นอันเสร็จครับ

• จุดเด่น : มีความสวยงามคล้ายต้นฉบับ
• จุดด้อย : ยังมีส่วนที่ไม่ปราณีต และส่วนด้ามดาบค่อนข้างเปราะบาง เพราะเน้นความสวยงามมากกว่าความแข็งแรง
• ความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวคนทำ : : ก็เป็นดาบแบบญี่ปุ่นชิ้นแรกที่ไม่มีไม้มาเป็นส่วนประกอบเลยนะครับ ส่วนตัวค่อนข้างชอบ แม้จะไม่ได้ถึงขนาดปราณีตอะไรนัก แต่ก็มีความสวยงามที่ส่วนตัวคิดว่าพอใจมากละ (สรุปคือ อยากเก็บเองไม่ให้ใคร ฮา)

  Cut cardboard no. 32 into 2 pieces of blade part then attach them together with small pieces of no. 32 cardboard slipped in between them (as shown in the picture). This step is to make the blade thicker and stronger. Wrap both side of the blade with aluminum sheet and then cut the edge of blade just like the cardboard shape.
  
  The handle guard and handle were done just like Nozomi’s Sword; cut the cardboard no. 32 into the guard shape and then slip into the sword from the end. Cover the surface with gold color paper like the original.
  
  The handle parts were made by cutting aluminum sheet into small separated parts first, and then join those pieces together into dragon’s head. Attach the dragon scale onto the handle piece by piece. Some of the pieces will need help of silver color tape.
  
  The dragon’s whisker was made by coil wire. In my case, I used a cloth hanger. Cut it into 2 pieces and taped them with silver tape. Bend them into the original’s shape and finish the whole handle with lacquer to make it looks sparkly.

• Weak point : : Still not very neat in some part. The handle is a bit fragile because I emphasize more on the looks than the foundation.
• Propsmakers' comment :This is the first Japanese sword I made without using any woods. I kind of like it a lot, although it’s still not that elaborate. At least, I didn’t give this to anyone, lol.
